An exciting new venture with the Egyptian Ministry of Education and one of Metra Group’s partners opened a path for even more onboarding and training opportunities for the company and all involved parties. With a typically short amount of time, and a massive educational task at hand, the company again rose to the challenge with relative ease.

Challenges

  • Onboard a partner for a leading vendor’s channel network.
  • Assist the partner in understanding and promoting the vendor’s solutions by attending Metra University sessions.
  • Supporting the partner to engage with the Egyptian Ministry of Education’s project to connect 500 private schools across Egypt in only three months, including delivery and installation time.
  • Convincing the Egyptian Ministry of Education to adopt new Cloud solutions.

Solution

  • Metra Group offered Meraki, a centralized, reliable and easy-to-use configuration and management solution that would shorten installation time for the project from the traditional method’s six months to only one month.
  • Metra Group met with the Egyptian Ministry of Education to explain Meraki and convince them that this solution is the most appropriate answer to their challenges.
  • Metra Group’s pre-sales and sales teams trained the partner’s resources on its competency tracks and supported the partner with RFQ, solution sizing and technical solution architecture.

Results

  • Net new partner onboarded for the vendor in Egypt, specializing in the public sector.
  • E-finance enabled the partner to win the opportunity, resulting in the closure in sales for the vendor.
  • The partner’s resources completed their competency and commercial requirements to achieve next-level membership with the vendor.
